Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return and Refund Policy on digital download:

*Digital Download products are instantly available after your order is complete. (Pre-Orders will be available starting on a specific time and date.)

Please note the following:

• Customers are required to inspect software items immediately upon receipt.

• Customers ARE responsible for their purchase decisions.

• All item prices are final at the time of purchase.

• Software licenses, media, and downloaded titles are NOT returnable upon receipt. Before a refund on software is issued, an adequate attempt at troubleshooting must be made with our support team through chat or email.

• Software at FySofts.com reserves the right to refuse a return or assess a restocking fee of 20% for any items returned after seven business days.

1. Under certain conditions (e.g., customer error when making an order, incorrect card delivered) or any error in the ordering process, Refunds/Returns/Replacements are available for purchases in our online store. Don't hesitate to contact us to determine the eligibility for refunds and returns. Refunds are only processed after we receive an unused item. This process can take up to 24 hours after the sale

2. Due to the nature of the product (digital download), refunds cannot be given immediately. A time period of 24 hours is applied to ensure that the previous customer has yet to redeem the item. Refunds can take 5-7 working days to show up in your account.

3. Replacement cards will be given to the equivalent value of the card initially purchased.

4. Returns will be accepted, provided the unused product can be sold. A return will be investigated as a digital product to ensure the product code has not been redeemed. Unredeemed products will be issued a full refund.

5. You acknowledge that if there are any account issues, the customer will be given the details of the appropriate service to contact. This will need to be done by the customer rather than our customer support agent.

6. Refunds can only be authorized up to 60 days after purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us must first request a return to be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds notification.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember that your bank or credit card company can process and post the refund.
